The National Wildlife Federation’s (NWF) goal is to inspire Americans to protect wildlife wherever it’s found. How does the NWF get the word out and meet their goals? Primarily through education. The NWF helps teach children, families and concerned others how they can help protect wildlife. And they are also action oriented: For example, the NWF recently helped return wolves to Yellowstone National Park. And they are currently guiding efforts to protect the places that endangered whooping cranes, grizzly bears and Florida panthers call home. But that’s not nearly all.
