You’ve probably heard the expression, “use the right tool for the job.” The National Policy and Advocacy Council on Homelessness (NPACH) helps the country use the right tools to fight poverty and homelessness. Because things change and it’s not always clear what needs to be done to make a difference. What works one day, might not work the next. Where there wasn’t a problem, now there is. A grassroots program, the NPACH provides vital research to local, state and national organizations, technical funding and coalition-building assistance to local organizations and public education resources to communities.
